Prinicipal's Message

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As Dominguez Elementary opens for the 2019-2020 school year, I want to extend a personal greeting to those of you who are new to our school community and a “welcome back” to those who are returning. My name is Rosalia McKay, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to serve as your principal. I have worked in the field of education for over 15 years: as a teacher, Title I desginee and as English Language Development specialist for LAUSD Local District South. I was raised  in the Carson, and so I am excited for the opportunity to be an instructional leader in the area that I call home. Most of all, I am excited to continue working with the wonderful Dominguez School staff, and to continue supporting teachers in providing a rich instructional program for our students.

I look forward to meeting each one of you, and to working closely with you to ensure the best education for your child.
